Acer Education Plus+ TravelMate Warranty Upgrade – 1-Year Mail-In to 3-Year Next Business Day Onsite

Acer Education Plus+ gives schools three years of support for eligible Acer Chromebooks and TravelMate devices. This upgrade replaces the standard 1-year mail-in parts and labour warranty with 3-year next business day onsite service, helping schools reduce device downtime and keep students and staff learning and working.

The program also covers eligible incidents beyond the standard manufacturer’s warranty, including impact damage, liquid damage and electrical surges. Covered repairs include parts and labour, with a one-time device replacement available when needed. Schools can submit claims through an online portal and access Acer’s dedicated education support team.

Coverage runs for three years from the device’s original purchase date. The upgrade must be purchased within 30 days of that date and applies only to eligible Acer devices. Accessories and peripherals are excluded. Service availability, claims and coverage are subject to Acer Education Plus+ terms and conditions.
